ParWest Package Protection terms

These terms apply when ParWest Package Protection is purchased for an eligible ParWest Golf order.

Optional service

ParWest Package Protection is an optional service provided by ParWest Golf for eligible shipments. It is not automatically included with every order and must be added before shipment.

Eligible order value

The service is available only for eligible orders with an order subtotal of $2,000 or less.

Eligible shipping incidents

  • Loss in transit: Tracking stops updating and the shipment does not arrive.
  • Theft after delivery: The carrier marks the shipment delivered, but it is stolen before the customer receives it.
  • Shipping damage: The item arrives broken or damaged as a result of transit.

Exclusions

  • Carrier delays while the shipment is still moving through the carrier network
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Packages delivered and signed for at the correct address and later misplaced
  • Normal wear, manufacturer defects, or issues unrelated to shipping
  • Orders that did not include Package Protection before shipment
  • Claims submitted outside the reporting requirements below

Reporting requirements

Issues must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date, or the expected delivery date for a lost shipment. Lost-package claims may be filed after tracking has shown no movement for 7 days. Customers must provide the order number, a description of the incident, and reasonable supporting information requested by ParWest Golf. Damage claims require photos of the item and packaging.

Review and resolution

All claims are subject to review and approval. For an approved claim, remedies are limited to replacement of the affected item or a refund up to the value of the protected order. ParWest Golf determines the appropriate remedy based on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.

Service fee

The Package Protection fee is refundable if the entire order is cancelled before shipment. Otherwise, the service fee is non-refundable once fulfillment has begun.

Acceptance

Adding ParWest Package Protection to an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
