Refund policy

At ParWest Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below before initiating a return.

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition it left us — unused, unaltered, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

All approved returns are subject to a mandatory 15% restocking fee.

  • Item returned in original condition: Refund issued to the original payment method minus the 15% restocking fee.

  • Items that are used, damaged, altered, missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or otherwise not returned in original condition may be denied for return at ParWest Golf's discretion.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Exceptions — Our Error or Defective Items

The 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs do not apply when a return is the result of our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item shipped by ParWest Golf. In these cases, you will receive a full refund including original shipping, or a replacement shipped to you at no additional cost.

Why We Charge a Restocking Fee

ParWest Golf works hard to provide competitive pricing, discounted orders when possible, free shipping on qualifying purchases, and a $0 sales tax benefit for our customers. When an item is returned, ParWest Golf still incurs payment processing, shipping, handling, and inventory restocking costs that cannot be recovered.

To help offset these costs, all approved returns are subject to a mandatory 15% restocking fee.

After 14 Days — Exchanges Only

Returns requested after the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund. We will work with you on an exchange-only basis, subject to available inventory.

Custom Ordered Products — All Sales Final

All custom ordered products are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes any product that has been custom built, custom fitted, personalized, or specially ordered on your behalf.

Returns must be authorized by ParWest Golf before shipping, and authorized items must be sent back within 7 days of approval. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item shipped by ParWest Golf.

Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.
