ParWest Package Protection questions
Find answers about eligibility, pricing, coverage, and claims. ParWest Package Protection is optional and must be added before an eligible order ships.
Is Package Protection required?
No. It is an optional add-on.
What does it cover?
Eligible incidents include loss in transit, theft after the carrier marks a package delivered, and damage caused during shipping.
What does it not cover?
It does not cover ordinary carrier delays, incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout, packages delivered and signed for at the correct address and later misplaced, normal wear, manufacturer defects, or orders that did not include Package Protection.
How much does it cost?
- Orders under $200 — $2.49
- Orders from $200 to $500 — $6.95
- Orders from $500 to $1,000 — $14.95
- Orders from $1,000 to $2,000 — $29.95
Is it available for orders over $2,000?
No. Contact sales@parwestgolf.com before purchasing a high-value order so we can help arrange the best shipping option.
Can I add protection after checkout or after shipment?
Package Protection must be purchased before the order ships. Contact us immediately if you completed checkout and need assistance before fulfillment begins.
How do I file a claim?
Visit our claim instructions and email your order number, a description of the issue, and any required photos to sales@parwestgolf.com.
How quickly are claims resolved?
Most claims are resolved within 3–5 business days after all required information is received.
Will I receive a replacement or refund?
After an eligible claim is approved, ParWest Golf will provide a replacement or refund depending on availability and the circumstances of the claim.
Does Package Protection cover product defects?
No. Manufacturer defects and non-shipping issues may instead be handled under ParWest Golf’s standard return policy or the applicable manufacturer warranty.
