If you purchased ParWest Package Protection and your eligible shipment was lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact ParWest Golf directly. Our team will review the details and guide you through the next steps.
What to send us
- Your ParWest Golf order number
- The email address used for the order
- A brief description of what happened
- The delivery or expected delivery date
- Photos of the item, shipping box, packing materials, and shipping label for damage claims
When to report an issue
Please report the issue within 15 days of the delivery date, or the expected delivery date for a lost shipment. A lost-package claim may be submitted after tracking has shown no movement for 7 days.

What happens next
- ParWest Golf confirms that Package Protection was included with the order.
- We review the shipment details and supporting information.
- We contact you if anything else is needed.
- After an eligible claim is approved, we provide a replacement or refund based on availability and the circumstances of the claim.
Most claims are resolved within 3–5 business days after all required information is received.
