Protect your order from the moment it ships
ParWest Package Protection is an optional add-on you can toggle on in your cart. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no carrier claims, no runaround.
Pricing
The protection price is based on your order subtotal:
- Orders under $200 — $2.49
- Orders $200–$500 — $6.95
- Orders $500–$1,000 — $14.95
- Orders $1,000–$2,000 — $29.95
- Orders $2,000–$3,500 — $49.95
- Orders $3,500–$5,000 — $74.95
Package Protection is not available on orders over $2,000. For high-value orders, contact us at sales@parwestgolf.com before purchase and we'll arrange shipping options together.
What's covered
- Loss in transit — your tracking stops updating and the package never arrives.
- Theft — your package is marked delivered but was stolen before you received it.
- Damage in transit — your item arrives broken or damaged from shipping.
What's not covered
- Shipping delays where the package is still moving and arrives late.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
- Packages delivered to and signed for at the correct address, then misplaced.
- Normal wear, manufacturing defects, or issues unrelated to shipping (these are handled under our standard return policy or the manufacturer's warranty).
- Orders where Package Protection was not added at checkout.
How to file a claim
Email sales@parwestgolf.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description of what happened
- Photos of the item and packaging (for damage claims)
Please report issues within 15 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages). Lost-package claims can be filed once tracking has shown no movement for 7 days.
How claims are resolved
Once approved, we'll either ship a replacement at no cost or refund your order — whichever resolves things fastest for you. Most claims are resolved within 3–5 business days.
Terms
ParWest Package Protection is an optional service provided directly by ParWest Golf. It is not an insurance product and is not underwritten by any third party. Remedies are limited to replacement of the affected items or a refund up to the value of the protected order, at ParWest Golf's discretion. The protection fee is refundable if your entire order is cancelled before shipment. Adding Package Protection to your cart constitutes acceptance of these terms.
