Shipping policy

We are committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on product availability and whether an item ships from our Portland store or directly from a manufacturer.

In-Stock Orders

Items currently in stock at our Portland store typically ship within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Manufacturer-Direct & Custom-Built Orders

Manufacturer-direct and custom-built items typically arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on manufacturer availability, production time, and shipping conditions.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can help confirm availability and expected timing.

Backordered Items

If an item becomes backordered or unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with an updated estimated delivery timeframe.

Some backordered products may require approximately 3–4 weeks or longer, depending on manufacturer availability. If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate available options with you.

Custom Order Changes

Changes to custom-built, custom-fitted, personalized, or specially ordered products must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, your order may already have been submitted to the manufacturer. Once submitted, custom orders generally cannot be changed or canceled, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Custom-built, custom-fitted, personalized, and specially ordered products are final sale and non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for complete return terms.

Local Pickup

Portland-area customers may select local pickup when available.
