Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! All orders over $100 ship free within the lower 48 states. Contact us for a quote to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We offer lifetime free shipping for all headcover orders. Like the $1.50 Costco hot dog, we don't plan to ever change this.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most in-stock orders ship within 3-5 business days. If an item is on backorder, please allow up to 3-4 weeks. We'll notify you with an updated delivery estimate if there's a delay.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also reach us by email sales@parwestgolf.com or by chat through our website.
Tax-Free Shopping
Q: Do I really pay no sales tax?
A: That's right. ParWest Golf is based in Portland, Oregon, which has zero state sales tax. Every order ships tax-free - no matter where you are in the U.S. On a $500 driver or a $1,200 iron set, that's a significant savings compared to buying from a retailer in a state with sales tax.
Q: How much can I save with no sales tax?
A: It depends on your state's tax rate. If your state charges 8% sales tax, you'd save $80 on a $1,000 purchase. On a full bag setup, the savings can easily exceed $200-$300.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 14-day return policy on most products. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and cancellations. Items must be in original condition. Please contact us at sales@parwestgolf.com to start a return.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they've been submitted. Please double-check your selections before completing checkout.
Q: What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
A: Contact us right away at sales@parwestgolf.com or call 503-408-1216. We'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible \u2014 whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Q: Are you an authorized retailer?
A: Yes. ParWest Golf is an authorized dealer for Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, Ping, L.A.B. Golf, Mizuno, Bridgestone, FootJoy, Srixon, and more. Every new product we sell comes with the full manufacturer warranty.
Q: Do you sell demo golf clubs?
A: Yes. We carry a rotating selection of demo clubs alongside the latest new releases. Our demo clubs are hit indoors and in most cases, will carry a manufactures warranty.
Q: Do you carry left-handed clubs?
A: We carry left-handed options across many of our product lines, including drivers, irons, wedges, and putters. Availability varies by model. If you're looking for a specific left-handed club, contact us and we'll let you know what's in stock or available to order.
Q: What is the PDX Carpet headcover?

Golf Club Fitting
Q: Do you offer club fitting?
A: Yes. We offer professional club fittings at our Portland location for $99.99 per session. Each fitting takes approximately 60-90 minutes and covers irons, drivers, woods, and hybrids. We use a Foresight Sports GC Quad launch monitor to analyze your swing in real time.
Q: Do I need to bring my own clubs to a fitting?
A: We recommend bringing your current clubs so our fitters can see what you're playing and identify where improvements can be made. Our fitting consultants are some of the top club fitters in the Pacific Northwest.
Q: How do I schedule a club fitting?
A: To schedule a fitting, please visit our Club Fitting page and complete the intake. We are not scheduling fittings through the phone at this time.
Golf Club Repair
Q: Do you offer golf club repair services?
A: Yes. We offer regripping, reshafting, loft and lie adjustments, and other club repair services at our Portland shop. Most repairs are completed within 24-72 hours. Visit our Golf Club Repair page for full details and pricing.
Orders & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Q: Do you offer financing or payment plans?
A: Yes. Shop Pay installments are available at checkout online, allowing you to split your purchase into monthly payments on qualifying orders. For in-store financing, please make your purchase on our website and choose in-store pickup.
Q: Do you price match?
A: Absolutely! We will price match any authorized dealer on any identical, in-stock item. We strive to offer competitive pricing on all of our products. With our tax-free advantage, our total cost is often lower than competitors even before any price matching.

A: We're available Monday through Saturday, 10am-5pm. Running late? Give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Q: Can I try clubs before I buy?
A: Absolutely. Visit our Portland shop to demo clubs and get hands-on with the equipment before making a decision. Give us a heads up so we can prepare our hitting bay. We also offer professional fittings using launch monitor technology.
