The GT1 Hybrid is the highest-launching model in the GT lineup, offering exceptional forgiveness and playability for golfers seeking higher ball flight and mid-spin performance. Its lightweight design is optimized for players with moderate swing speeds.
A new forward-aft flat-weight adjustability system gives fitters and golfers greater control over launch and spin, while the club’s profile at address inspires confidence. The GT1 hybrid features a .335” tip section to accommodate fairway shafts, which play softer and have a higher balance point than standard hybrid shafts. This helps generate higher launch and reduces swingweight.
The club achieves greater stability through higher-MOI designs, including dual center-of-gravity positions and forward-aft weight adjustability. Compared to the TSR1 hybrids, GT1 models feature a 5% increase in MOI with the 11-gram weight in its standard aft position. The heavy weight can be moved to the front to lower launch and spin, while maintaining an ultra-high MOI setup similar to TSR1 hybrids.
In the stock configuration, all three GT1 hybrid models use an 11-gram flat weight in the aft position and a 5-gram flat weight in the forward position. Flipping these weights allows golfers to achieve a lower-launch, lower-spin setup.
All three GT1 hybrid models have refined head shapes for improved performance. The GT1 features a longer face from heel to toe than its predecessor, helping maintain ball speed on off-center hits and increasing forgiveness.
